• $100 for 1½ hour cash (non-insurance) discount.

We accept cash and check payments only. Our office is not equipped to process debit or credit card payments.

I am a preferred provider for medically necessary treatment with most local health insurance companies. I also accept personal injury (PIP) and workman’s compensation (L&I) claims.
