I am deeply passionate about my work and bring to each client a commitment to help facilitate their body’s own natural desire towards wholeness and health.

I thank each and every person who enters my office, for the trust they place in me and in what occurs in the space between us.



Sessions are available in 30 minute, 60 minute and 90 minute time slots. Experienced in dealing with L&I (workplace related injuries) and PIP (auto accident claims). New clients are advised to arrive 10-15 minutes early for first appointment to complete paperwork.

I am a native of Ireland and moved to Seattle in 1993.

1984

 

Educated in Northern Ireland and graduated from the Ulster University in 1984 with a BS in Physical Therapy.

1984 – 1992

 

Worked as a Physical Therapist. Specialized in treating children with physical and mental disability.

1988

 

Completed certification training in Reflexology from the Chrysalis School in N. Ireland

1988 – 1992

 

Trainings and workshops led by Elizabeth Kubler-Ross and her staff in Ireland and West Virginia, USA

1996 – 2000

 

In private practice as a registered counselor in the Seattle area.

Feb. 2000

 

Graduated from Brenneke Massage School in Seattle.

Aug. 2002

 

Completed a 72 hour certification in neuromuscular reprogramming (NMR).

2003

 

Advanced NMR classes. All NMR trainings took place at Alive and Well School of Conscious Bodywork in San Anselmo CA.

   

Acutonics 1 & 2. Taught by Mary Gales.
